At Lala Stories, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may be eligible to return the product under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Return Process

1. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@lalastories.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Our team will confirm your eligibility and provide instructions for sending the product back.

3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.

 

Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for shipping the product back unless the item is defective or incorrect.

In cases where the return is approved due to a defect or error on our part, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Refunds for Returns

Approved returns will be processed as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Refunds are usually credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.
